• Greenscape provides a broad assortment of services for the homeowner or property manager.

• We can manage your landscape on a weekly or bi-weekly service plan. Greenscape will never ask you to sign a contract. We seek to earn your business and keep earning it.

• Greenscape is non-obtrusive; you may hardly know we are there. Electric powered equipment significantly cuts down on the noise commonly associated with yard care.

• We are very flexible with the time and dates. We can work with you to put your property on a schedule that fits your needs.

• Payment is a synch. We will bill you monthly and you can even pay your bill online at no additional cost.

• We price match your existing service. Provide us with a copy of your invoice from your existing landscape company and we will match the price if we can not beat it!

Residential Rates

     The rates listed below serve as a guideline. Prior to beginning any work, Greenscape will outline the price and service to be provided in writing. We have a rule we like to use for estimates called "the ten percent guarantee". Our charges for a project are capped at ten percent over the price of the estimate. We do everything we can to make the charges come in at under the original quote. The sizes listed at the top of the chart can be clicked on for more information. These sizes refer to lot size unless otherwise noted. For more information about a specific service and recommendations for your property, click on any of the services on the left.  Hourly rates are rounded down to the nearest tenth of an hour, and don't worry, we work fast!
